Janet currently serves as Head of Legal and Compliance at SciGen Pte. Ltd., where she oversees the legal, compliance, corporate governance and corporate secretariat functions across the SciGen group’s international operations. She advises the Board of Directors and senior management on governance, compliance, risk management and strategic business matters across multiple jurisdictions.
With more than 20 years of international professional experience, Janet has held senior legal leadership positions with multinational organisations and has extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and dispute resolution.
Throughout her career, she has supported business expansion, organisational restructuring, cross-border transactions and governance initiatives across international markets. She has significant experience within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, supporting operations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, where she was awarded the Chevening Scholarship.
