Janet currently serves as Head of Legal and Compliance at SciGen Pte. Ltd., where she oversees the legal, compliance, corporate governance and corporate secretariat functions across the SciGen group’s international pharmaceutical operations spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She advises the board of directors and senior management on governance, compliance, risk management and strategic business matters across multiple jurisdictions.
With more than 20 years of international professional experience, she has held senior legal leadership positions with multinational organisations and has extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and dispute resolution.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from National Taiwan University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, where she was awarded the Chevening Scholarship.
