The Management Board of BIOTON S.A. (the "Company") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 30, 2022, appointed the following persons to serve as Members of the Supervisory Board of Bioton S.A. for a new term:

• Mr. Jubo Liu;
• Mr. Viswanath Vaidyanathan;
• Mr. Tomasz Siembida;
• Mr. Ramesh Rajentheran (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
• Mr. Nicola Cadei;
• Ms. Valery Yeo;
• Mr. Jia Li;
• Mr. Dariusz Trzeciak (as an independent Member of the Supervisory Board).

The newly appointed Members of the Supervisory Board have submitted appropriate declarations, which can be found on the Company's website under the Ordinary General Meeting tab. The activities of the aforementioned persons performed outside the Company's business are not in competition with the Company. None of the aforementioned persons participates in a company competing with BIOTON S.A. as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, or participates in another competing legal person as a member of its body. None of the above-mentioned persons is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the National Court Register Act. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association - § 19, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and two Vice-Chairmen of the Supervisory Board are appointed from among themselves by the Supervisory Board.
