The Management Board of Bioton S.A., with its registered office in Macierzysz (hereinafter: the ?Company?), acting pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Article 70(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (hereinafter: the Public Offering Act), hereby makes public the notification referred to in Article 69 of the Public Offering Act (hereinafter: the Notification), which was delivered to the Company on 8 June 2026.
