Registration of amendments to the Company's Statute and change of the Company's registered office address

BIOTON S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 28 April 2026 the Company's Management Board was informed that on 27 April 2026, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, issued a decision to register amendments to the Company's Statute and a change to the Company's registered office address.

The amendment to the Statute and the change of the Company's registered office were approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 14 April 2026 by Resolution No. 5; the Company announced these decisions in Current Report No. 3/2026 dated 14 April 2026.

The text of the amended provisions of the Statute:
- the existing Article 2 of the Company's Statute is replaced by the following: "The registered office of the Company is Macierzysz.";
- the existing Article 11 of the Company's Statute shall be replaced by the following: "(repealed)";
- Article 11a of the Company's Statute shall be deleted entirely from the text of the Company's Statute.

Furthermore, the Company hereby announces that, as of the date on which the above amendments were entered in the aforementioned register, a new address for the Company's registered office has been established, namely: Macierzysz, ul. Poznańska 12, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki.

In connection with the above amendments to the Statute, a consolidated text of the Statute has been adopted, the wording of which is attached to this report.
