BIOTON S.A. (the "Company") announces that on April 27th, 2026, the Company's Supervisory Board (the "Supervisory Board") appointed Mr Jeremy Launders as the President of the Management Board of the Company for the next term of office, which will commence on 1 January 2027.

The activities of Mr Jeremy Launders outside the Company are not in competition with the Company. Mr Jeremy Launders does not participate in a company competing with the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competing legal entity as a member of its body. Mr Jeremy Launders is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 point 6 in conjunction with § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
