BIOTON S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the 2026 financial year:

1. consolidated "extended" quarterly reports:

• for the fourth quarter of 2025 – 27 February 2026
• for the first quarter of 2026 – 29 May 2026,
• for the third quarter of 2026 – 10 November 2026

2. consolidated "extended" half-yearly report:

• for the first half of 2026 – 15 September 2026

3. annual reports for 2025:

• separate – 29 April 2026
• consolidated – 29 April 2026.

At the same time, the Company informs that:

• pursuant to § 63(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent ("Regulation"), it will not publish separate quarterly reports, and therefore the consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information.
• pursuant to § 63(3) of the Regulation, it will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the consolidated semi-annual report will include condensed semi-annual financial statements together with the report of the entity authorised to audit the financial statements and condensed additional information,
• pursuant to § 83(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026.
