On January 25th, at noon, more than 30 of our employees participated in a 5 km run organized as part of the 33rd Grand Finale of WOŚP. This event aimed to raise public awareness about diabetes and collect funds for insulin pumps for pregnant women who require specialized diabetes care. For us, the run was not just an opportunity for physical activity but, above all, a manifestation of our mission – supporting patients through initiatives that go beyond pharmaceutical activities.
For years, we have been dedicated to protecting the health of patients living with diabetes, providing them with high-quality recombinant insulin and innovative therapeutic solutions. Our mission is not only to develop breakthrough pharmaceutical products but, more importantly, to improve the quality of life for millions of people worldwide. We believe that business responsibility also means actively engaging in social initiatives that have a real impact on the health and future of patients.
The run also symbolized solidarity with people affected by diabetes. Every step, every kilometer covered by Bioton Team participants was a gesture of support for patients and proof that social responsibility is an integral part of our operations.
The participation of Bioton Team in the “Policz się z cukrzycą” run was a reflection of our long-term commitment to supporting patients and promoting an active lifestyle. This collective initiative demonstrated that, both in medicine and in social actions, collaboration and consistency in pursuing a goal are key.
We would like to thank all our employees who took on this challenge, as well as all participants and event organizers. It is through such initiatives that we can build a better world for people with diabetes – a world where innovation, education, and support go hand in hand with genuine patient care.
