Kamil Kudła is an executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and FMCG industries. He began his professional career in operational roles and subsequently developed expertise in technology, validation, process improvement, and production management. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Production Technologist, Validation Engineer, Validation Manager, Production Manager and Plant Director within international organizations such as Takeda, Baxter, Mylan, Oriflame and Ecowipes.
At BIOTON, he serves as Director of the ZFG Plant, where he is responsible for executing the plant’s strategy, overseeing manufacturing operations, driving organizational development, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with GMP requirements.
Kamil studied Chemical Technology at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Organic Chemistry at the University of Wrocław. He also holds a Black Belt Six Sigma diploma from WSB University in Wrocław. He has extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing management, process and equipment validation, Lean Management implementation, and the delivery of investment and operational excellence projects. He has participated in numerous quality audits and regulatory inspections and has been responsible for implementing modern management systems and continuous improvement practices.
In his work, he focuses on team development, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
