1. What is your position in the Bioton company?
I manage the Procurement and Administration Department.
2. What do you do at Bioton?
Together with my team, we create and implement purchasing strategies. Our goal is to provide the availibility of goods and services of appropriate quality at optimal costs and specified commercial conditions to our company.
3. How did your path to your current position look like?
I have been involved in Procurement, and in fact in the Supply Chain, from the very beginning of my professional career. I had the opportunity to work at companies from the FMCG and FM industries.
I also have consulting experience. In fact it is my second time in Bioton and I am very happy about this return. During my absence, I had been gaining new experiences, which I can use effectively at Bioton today.
4. What are you most proud of in your work?
In my work as a manager, my team brings me the most pride and satisfaction. It is their successes that makes me happy the most.
5. What inspires you at work?
At work, I am inspired by the opportunity to make a difference, searching for and implementing new solutions as well as development.
6. What advice would you give to those who are just starting their career path?
Be open-minded. The more open to new challenges we are, the more we learn and the easier it is to deal with challenges, even the most difficult ones. Cooperation is very important as well. I strongly encourage everyone to teamwork, exchange of information, experiences and building relationships. In my opinion, these are the keys for success.
