Mr. Polonek is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. He has extensive knowledge and experience in managing the finances of companies and the capital market. Since 2006 he has been with BIOTON S.A., where he started as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and went on to become Chief Financial Officer. He also acts as shareholding supervisor in the subsidiaries of BIOTON S.A.
In the years 2000-2006 he was employed at CAIB Financial Advisers (currently – UniCredit CAIB Poland) at various positions from Analyst to Deputy Director. He has participated in numerous trainings on international accounting standards, enterprise valuation and project management.
